Park Resorts launch huge recruitment drive...
Park Resorts, The UK's largest operator of caravan parks with 48 sites spanning 2,400 acres, launched a huge Sales Executive campaign with CVWOW starting on Friday the 11th of July.
Here at CVWOW, we have enjoyed a successful Recruitment Partnership with this superb organisation since Autumn 2013, and this is the second huge campaign we've run to look at attracting high calibre sales staff for the business.
Park Resorts provide over 21,500 holiday homes and tourer pitches across the country and current have over 12,000 caravan or lodge owners with over 760,000 holiday guests a year. The majority of the Park Resorts sites are in the South and South East, however also have sites in Scotland, Wales, the North East and the Isle of Wight.
Being a seasonal business, it's absolutely essential that Park Resorts have a full complement of Sales Executives on each Park and the timing of our campaigns have coincided with this. Park Resorts offer their Sales Team a fantastic opportunity with an industry leading package of 18-20K basic with on target earning of around £60,000. A large number of Park Resorts top sales team took home in excess of £100,000 in 2013 and there is a high expectation that the top performers to exceed this figure this year.
So what are Park Resorts looking for? Well to start with you don't have to have sold a caravan before. Are you a successful Sales Executive who always seems to be top of the league in your company? Do you dominate your industry however feel that you should be earning more than your current package? Are you in a position where your Targets and KPI's are smashed every month? This is the calibre of applicant they are looking for.
